During the peak emulation period, the Party Committee and the Command of the Border Guard of Da Nang City thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the directives of the City Party Committee, the plan of the City People's Committee, and the guidance of the Border Guard Political Department on organizing activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Da Nang City and the 50th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the City Border Guard, associated with activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Da Nang City Party Committee (March 28, 1930 / March 28, 2025), creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the performance of political tasks of officers and soldiers of the City Border Guard, contributing to the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

Authorized by the President, Colonel Tran Cong Thanh, Commander of the Da Nang City Border Guard, awarded the Victory Flag Medal to comrades who met the qualifications to serve in the Army.

On this occasion, authorized bythe President , the Da Nang City Border Guard Command announced the decision and organized the awarding of the Victory Flag Medal and the Glorious Soldier Medal to 20 officers and professional soldiers; awarded Certificates of Merit from the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee and Certificates of Merit from the City Border Guard Command to 5 groups and 9 individuals for their outstanding achievements in performing their duties and during the peak emulation period.
