In the period of 2016-2025, the Border Guard Party Committee has organized the dissemination and study of 25 above topics, compiled 5 specializededucational documents, associated with the content of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. The entire Border Guard force has been implementing 23 typical movements, models, programs and initiatives that bring practical and deeply humane meanings.

To continue to effectively implement Directive 05 in the Party Committee and the entire Border Guard force in the coming time, Lieutenant General Nguyen Anh Tuan requested Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to continue to do a good job of propaganda and dissemination to all cadres, Party members and the masses to have a deeper understanding of the important position and role of Directive 05, creating a solid change in ideology and action. Clearly define the roles and responsibilities of Party committees, commanders and political agencies at all levels in leading, directing, guiding and organizing the implementation of Directive 05, considering this as the core content in all activities and work. Improve the quality of consulting, guiding, directing and organizing the implementation of professional agencies at all levels; especially the role of supporting departments, political agencies, political cadres at all levels, constantly improving the effectiveness of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, style and teachings for the Border Guard, associated with emulation movements and campaigns of the entire army.

Focus on inspection and supervision work; summarize, learn from experience and do well in emulation and rewards, promptly commend and widely promote typical advanced examples, good people, good deeds, collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements, models, experiences and creative ways in implementing Directive 05.
