Presenting the Political Report at the congress, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dao Ngoc Xuan, Party Committee Secretary and Political Commissar of Brigade 918, stated: The Party Committee has led the unit to complete the tasks and targets set out in the Resolution of the 14th Brigade Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. In particular, the Party Committee focused on leading and directing the comprehensive implementation of combat training, effectively implementing breakthroughs in training, and ensuring flight safety.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Vu Dai Duong, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Air Defense - Air Force emphasized: In the coming term, the Brigade will have increasingly high mission requirements, continuing to promote organizational and staff adjustments towards leanness, compactness, and strength; organizing the exploitation of many different types of technical equipment, receiving, exploiting and mastering new and modern equipment.

To successfully carry out the tasks in the coming term, Colonel Vu Dai Duong requested the Party Committee of Brigade 918 to focus on leadership to improve overall quality, qualifications, combat readiness, airspace management, flight operations management, proactively grasp and promptly handle situations, complete flight tasks well, and ensure absolute safety in all activities.

The Brigade Party Committee leads, directs, and comprehensively and synchronously implements breakthroughs in improving the quality of training and ensuring flight safety; promotes the spirit of proactively overcoming difficulties, grasps the characteristics of the situation, organizes comprehensive training, focusing on flight training, ensuring flight safety, and fighting to prevent threats to flight safety.

Colonel Vu Dai Duong congratulated the Party Executive Committee of Brigade 918 and the delegation attending the Congress of Party Delegates of the Air Defense - Air Force Service.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development", the delegates contributed many quality opinions at the congress, wisely selecting comrades with sufficient qualities and abilities to be elected to the Party Executive Committee of Brigade 918 and delegates to attend the Congress of Party Delegates of the Air Defense - Air Force Service.
