After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members, and the masses in the Capital's armed forces have always been deeply aware of the position, significance, and necessity of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle; promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, resolutely fighting against individualism in the new situation; focusing on comprehensive and synchronous leadership, directing the organization to implement closely, making breakthroughs in key tasks, overcoming weak links and weaknesses, promoting the role, responsibility, and active participation of organizations and forces, achieving practical results; bringing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle increasingly into order, substance, and effectiveness.

During the 2016-2025 period, 100% of cadres and party members of the Capital's armed forces have deeply understood the significance of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, associated with the implementation of Resolution 847-NQ/QUTW on promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers. Thereby, many creative models have emerged such as "Four-good Party cells", "Party member quality management book", contributing to building 92% of strong and clean Party organizations, 85% of agencies and units achieving the title of "Exemplary, typical"...

From practice, the Hanoi Capital Command draws lessons on comprehensive leadership, promoting the role of leading cadres, combining emulation and inspection, and spreading advanced models.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Tuan highly appreciated the results of the units in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW in the past time. Based on the achieved results, Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Tuan requested the units to step up propaganda on "self-reliance and self-strengthening" and "5 contents worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers"; tighten discipline, improve regulations; promote the application of technology, enhance exemplary responsibility; strengthen inspection and promote "people's hearts" in preventing and combating negativity.

At the conference, the Hanoi Capital Command also announced the decision and awarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, period 2016-2025 in units.
