The model congress of the Party cell of the Secretary - General Department, term 2025-2027 was successfully held

On the morning of May 28, in Hanoi, the Party Cell of the Secretariat - Synthesis Office under the Party Committee of the Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology held its first Congress for the 2025 - 2027 term. This is a model congress for the entire Party Committee of the Office of the Ministry to gain experience for the affiliated Party Cells to organize congresses in the coming time.

Attending the Congress were comrade Hoang Thi Phuong Luu, Chief of the Ministry Office, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry Office; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry Office; together with Secretaries of affiliated Party cells and all Party members of the Party Cell of the Secretariat - General Department.

The Party Cell of the Secretariat - General Department is a Party Cell directly under the Party Committee of the Ministry's Office, consisting of 13 Party members (12 official Party members and 01 probationary Party member) participating in activities, with many Party members having experience in Party work, mass organization work and management work, including: 01 Deputy Chief of the Ministry's Office, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry's Office; 01 Head of Department, Secretary of the Party Cell; and leaders and specialists of the Secretariat - General Department.

The report at the Congress showed that the Party Cell has promoted its role as the political nucleus of the unit, effectively performing assigned tasks, especially in consulting, synthesizing, and serving the Ministry's leadership. The Party Cell always focuses on political and ideological education, maintaining a disciplined lifestyle, promoting a sense of responsibility, discipline, and order among Party members.

The Congress spent time discussing and contributing many practical ideas to perfect the direction and tasks for the 2025-2027 term. The ideas focused on improving the quality of Party cell activities, enhancing the application of information technology in professional work, and building a team of Party members with strong political and professional qualities to meet the requirements of the new situation.

At the Congress, the Party Committee of the Ministry announced the decision to appoint members of the Party Committee of the Secretariat - General Department for the 2025 - 2027 term. Accordingly, comrade Le Thi Loan, Head of the Secretariat - General Department, was appointed to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary; comrade Nguyen Quang Lich, Deputy Head of the Secretariat - General Department, held the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary.

With a spirit of seriousness, democracy and responsibility, the Congress of the Party Cell of the Secretariat - Synthesis Office for the 2025 - 2027 term was a great success, creating an important foundation for the Party Cell to continue to promote its leadership role, successfully carry out political tasks and build a clean and strong Party organization./.
