Implementing the direction of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee on promoting the implementation of cashless social assistance policy payments, as of February 2025, according to statistics from the Department of Health , the rate of social policy payments through bank accounts in the whole province reached 63.57%.

The Department of Health issued a document on coordinating the direction of implementing the task of paying social allowances, requesting the People's Committees of districts and cities to direct relevant agencies and units to develop a specific plan to make payments through accounts, ensuring that by July 2025, payments through accounts will be made to 100% of beneficiaries of social security policies from the state budget.

Up to now, the Department of Health has reported that the rate of social policy payments through bank accounts in the whole province has only reached 66.4%. Of which, localities that have reached 100% include Lac Duong district and Da Lat city; localities that have reached less than 50% include Di Linh district (19.39%), Don Duong (29.55%), and Dam Rong (41.69%).

To ensure that by July 2025, the rate of non-cash payments for beneficiaries of social security policies from the state budget reaches 100% according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Health requests the People's Committees of districts and cities to pay attention to and strengthen the direction of communes, wards, towns and related agencies and units to have drastic solutions and measures to propagate, persuade, mobilize and support beneficiaries to open personal accounts and authorized accounts to make non-cash payments of social assistance policies to ensure publicity, transparency and compliance with regulations.
