Dien Ban commends many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in administrative reform work

(QNO) – On the afternoon of May 30, the People's Committee of Dien Ban town held a conference to summarize administrative reform (AR) work in 2024. On this occasion, 4 collectives and 8 individuals with outstanding achievements in AR work in 2024 were also awarded.

In 2024, all levels and sectors of the town have implemented many tasks on administrative reform in the fields of institutional reform, administrative procedure reform, state administrative apparatus reform, civil service reform, public finance reform, building and developing e-government and digital government with positive results.

From January 1 to December 31, 2024, statistics on the electronic one-stop system showed that a total of 20,467 records were received (online: 7,134 records, reaching a rate of 39.34%; direct/public postal services 11,000 records, 2,333 records transferred from the previous period), mainly in the fields of land, construction, justice, business... 18,807 records were resolved (before/on time: 16,702 records; late: 2,105 records), the rate of records resolved early/on time was 89.19%; the rate of records resolved late was 10.81%.

Regarding administrative procedures under the authority of the Town People's Committee and specialized agencies, in 2024, a total of 4,310 records were received (online: 3,729 records, reaching a rate of 88.18%; direct/public postal service 500 records, 81 records transferred in the previous period), in the fields of land, environment, construction, justice, business... 4,101 records were resolved (before/on time: 3,922 records; late: 180 records), the rate of records resolved early/on time was 94.87%; the rate of records resolved late was 5.13%.

In addition, administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the People's Committees of communes and wards have received a total of 10,639 records (online: 9,500 records, reaching a rate of 91.07%; directly/public postal services: 932 records, 207 records transferred from the previous period); 10,209 records have been resolved (before/on time: 10,034 records; late: 175 records), the rate of records resolved early/on time is 98.36%; the rate of records resolved late is 1.64%...

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Dien Ban town awarded 4 collectives including the People's Committee of Dien Tien commune, the People's Committee of Dien Minh commune, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Department of Culture, Science and Information and 8 individuals for their outstanding achievements in administrative reform work in 2024.
