Candidates participating in the test must have a good grasp of the task, be highly motivated, determined, have a sense of responsibility, proactively overcome difficulties, actively study and review, and be mentally ready to enter the test.

In order for the inspection to achieve good results, the Vice Principal of the school requested the Vocational Skills Inspection Council to properly perform its functions and tasks; direct, guide and coordinate with agencies and units in the preparation work, organize and operate according to the plan, ensure strictness and science ; strengthen inspection and supervision, promptly draw lessons so that the inspection achieves the set goals and requirements, has good quality and ensures absolute safety.

For agencies and units with candidates participating in the examination, Major General Truong Quang Hoai requested that the organization assign tasks, do a good job of political and ideological education, build determination for candidates, create conditions for candidates to review, practice and improve their skills. The jury upholds the sense of responsibility, organizes the examination sites strictly and seriously; evaluates the results objectively, impartially and accurately; ensures the correct capacity and level of each candidate, strictly complies with the regulations and rules of the Examination Council, and resolutely does not allow negativity to occur.

Candidates clearly define their tasks and consider this an opportunity to improve their professional skills. Candidates will take the test in two forms: Theory and Practice. Immediately after the opening ceremony, the forces will enter the test according to the plan determined by the Organizing Committee. The test will take place on May 27 and 28.
