According to the plan, in the period of 2021-2030, Hai Duong will form 32 industrial parks with a total scale of more than 5,660 hectares, of which 20 industrial parks and 3 expanded industrial parks have been approved for development planning by the Prime Minister. As a province located in the center of the Northern Delta, in the key area of ​​the Northern economic region, in the development space of the Hanoi Capital Region, Hai Duong has abundant industrial land funds, has great attraction for investors and meets the diverse scale of investment projects. Therefore, the 12 industrial parks currently operating in the province all have an average occupancy rate of more than 80%.

The Phuc Dien Industrial Park Expansion Project invested by Trung Quy - Bac Ninh Investment Joint Stock Company was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 398/QD-TTg dated March 19, 2021 with a total area of ​​over 235 hectares, located in 3 communes of Vinh Hong, Vinh Hung, Hung Thang, Binh Giang district; On March 31, 2021, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province issued Decision No. 995/QD-UBND to establish the Phuc Dien Industrial Park Expansion. This is a project with a favorable location for road, sea, rail and air traffic: 42km from Hanoi capital, 55km from Hai Phong port city along National Highway 5A, near Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway and Hanoi - Quang Ninh railway, adjacent to the province's specialized economic zone planning area.

Established in 2007, Trung Quy - Bac Ninh Investment Joint Stock Company is the investor of a number of large-scale industrial park and urban area projects such as: Phuc Dien Industrial Park expansion with an area of ​​over 235 hectares in Binh Giang district, Hai Duong province; Industrial park and urban area serving Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park, subdivision B with an area of ​​over 370 hectares in Thuan Thanh town, Bac Ninh province; Ha Son new urban area in Ha Giang city, Ha Giang province. In which, Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park, subdivision B has achieved a land lease rate of over 90% for secondary investors.

With the support and facilitation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Departments, branches and localities during the project implementation, the company is implementing the construction of a synchronous, modern and convenient technical infrastructure system for the industrial park on the basis of exploiting the advantages of traffic and natural conditions of the area to meet the needs of investors. At the same time, supporting and accompanying secondary investors during the investment process in the industrial park.

Aiming to become a multi-industry, modern and synchronous industrial park, the company is implementing utility services for the industrial park, solving accommodation needs, building cultural, sports facilities and other social facilities to serve the needs of experts and workers working in the industrial park to attract investment capital from large corporations in the region and the world. Especially the groups of industries producing and processing agricultural and forestry products, garment industry, leather and footwear, construction materials industry, wood processing, electrical and electronic assembly, information technology, logistics, industries with high technology content, friendly to the environment.

According to the master plan to 2030, vision to 2050, Binh Giang is identified as a comprehensive urban center in the Southwest of Hai Duong province. Assessing the importance and necessity of investing in Provincial Road 394B, at the same time removing difficulties and obstacles in traffic connection of the expanded Phuc Dien Industrial Park and contributing to ensuring the progress of Provincial Road 394B Phase 1 (2021-2023), according to the policy of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Trung Quy - Bac Ninh Investment Joint Stock Company has arranged a budget of about 138 billion VND to invest in the construction in the form of funding the Sat River overpass and the road section leading from the Sat River overpass to the expanded Phuc Dien Industrial Park.

The Sat River Overpass Project is about 130m long, consisting of 2 units 2m apart, each unit is 12m wide; the road section leading from the Sat River Overpass to the expanded Phuc Dien Industrial Park is about 300m long, with the scale of a grade II plain road. This is an important project, creating a highlight for the regional traffic infrastructure in general and the starting point for the expanded Phuc Dien Industrial Park in particular.

Phuc Dien Industrial Park expansion will contribute to creating changes in Dong Nai province, aiming to soon turn Hai Duong into a modern industrial province, affirming its position as a prestigious enterprise in the field of real estate investment and business, bringing confidence to customers and partners, realizing the mission of being "a place where investors gather". Phuc Dien Industrial Park expansion will be formed and its infrastructure will be put into operation as soon as possible, providing a synchronous, modern infrastructure and service system with enough utilities to best meet the needs of investors when coming to this industrial park, to cooperate and develop sustainably with Trung Quy - Bac Ninh.
