Before the groundbreaking day of Ring Road 3, Binh Duong changed the investor director.

This morning (June 27), Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee held a conference to hand over decisions on personnel work.

Notably, the investor of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Binh Duong province, the Binh Duong Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (abbreviated as the Project Management Board), has a new director to replace the predecessor who resigned from the position due to health reasons.

Specifically, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province appointed Mr. Tran Hung Viet - Deputy Director of the Project Management Board to hold the position of Director to replace Mr. Vuong The Hung (Director of the Project Management Board) who resigned due to health reasons. The decision takes effect from July 1, 2023. Previously, Mr. Hung had taken unpaid leave for medical treatment.

Before being appointed as Director of the Project Management Board, Mr. Tran Hung Viet was Deputy Director of the Department of Transport of Binh Phuoc province. From October 2022, Mr. Viet was transferred to work at the Project Management Board of Binh Duong province, holding the position of Deputy Director of the Project Management Board.

The Project Management Board is a unit under the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, currently the investor of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Binh Duong province. As planned, the project will start on June 29.
