Tran Phu Ward Party Committee currently has 24 affiliated Party cells, with 898 Party members and 1,232 Party members who have returned to maintain contact with their place of residence. Since the beginning of the term, Tran Phu Ward Party Committee has well implemented the principles of centralization, democracy, solidarity and strictly maintained the Working Regulations, Party Committee activities, regular meeting regime and thematic meetings according to task requirements. Typically, in implementing Directive 12 of the Provincial Party Committee on improving the quality of Party cell activities, there have been positive changes with 98% of Party members participating in activities; nearly 90% of Party cells are classified as good. In implementing "4 Good Party Cells, 4 Good Grassroots Party Committees", the ward achieved 91 points, in 2024, the Ward Party Committee strives to have 24 Party cells implementing "4 Good Party Cells". In developing Party members since the beginning of the term, 38 new Party members have been admitted and 159 Party members have been awarded Party badges. In the rotation of cadres from the beginning of the term, 6 cadres and civil servants of the ward were transferred and rotated; in implementing the specialized Resolutions of the province, the Ward Party Committee has propagated and implemented them effectively, especially in implementing Directive 09 of the Provincial Party Committee and Resolution 27 of the Provincial Party Committee on eliminating bad customs and building a civilized lifestyle . Concluding the working session, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Minh Tien highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Tran Phu Ward Party Committee in the work of Party organization and building. In particular, the Party Committee has well implemented the rules of democratic centralism and solidarity of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee in the work of leading and directing the implementation of tasks. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Minh Tien suggested that the Tran Phu Ward Party Committee should regularly review, revise and supplement the Working Regulations to closely match the practical situation at the grassroots level, in conjunction with the assessment of the actual work of organization and implementation; do a good job of reviewing, training and educating cadres to serve as a source for the city; continue to do a good job of improving the quality of Party cell activities at the grassroots level; regularly encourage and motivate cadres at the grassroots level so that they can contribute and effectively implement their tasks; Strengthen the inspection and supervision of affiliated vertical organizations; Strengthen the work of uniting the 213 party members in maintaining contact at their place of residence with political tasks at the grassroots level.
