On the morning of November 23, Dr. Hoang Van Phuc, Principal of Saigon Polytechnic College, said that the school had just made an urgent announcement about reducing tuition fees and supporting students severely affected by storms and floods.
Specifically, the school will reduce 70% of tuition fees for the second semester (2025-2026) for students studying in the provinces affected by the above-mentioned floods; reduce 50% of tuition fees for the first semester of the 2026-2027 school year for new students enrolling in 2026 from the Central Highlands provinces that suffered heavy damage.

Soldiers were present at Tuy Hoa market ( Dak Lak province) on the morning of November 23 to clean up.
According to Dr. Dang Van Phuc, the severe flood situation is causing heavy damage in the Central and Central Highlands provinces, especially Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Gia Lai ,... Many families are facing loss, life is extremely difficult. Students studying at the school are also very insecure, worried about their families in the countryside.
"The school hopes that students can feel secure and continue studying at the school. With a sense of responsibility and sharing, the school will not let any student facing difficulties have their studies interrupted" - the school principal affirmed.
In addition, the school leaders also called on all staff, lecturers, employees and students to join hands to support people in flood-affected areas. The Youth Union will mobilize students to donate necessities, relief boxes, etc.
