Specifically, the four new majors in Business Administration of the University of Economics - Vietnam National University, Hanoi include: Business Administration and Enterprise Development; Marketing, Communication and Brand Management; Human Resource Management; Hotel and Travel Business Administration.
Associate Professor Dr. Phan Chi Anh, Director of the Institute of Business Administration, University of Economics - Vietnam National University , Hanoi, said that the major in Business Administration and Enterprise Development aims to help students master risk management strategies, lean management and digital transformation in enterprises. Students are equipped with analytical thinking and strategic planning skills, optimizing operational efficiency.

The Marketing, Communications and Brand Management major aims to provide a solid foundation in marketing strategy, branding and integrated communications management. Students will be equipped with skills in market analysis, developing multi-channel communications campaigns and positioning brands in a competitive environment.
With the major in Human Resource Management, you will be equipped with in-depth knowledge of planning, recruiting, training and managing talent. Students will develop skills in building human resource systems, evaluating performance and designing salary, bonus and other benefits policies.
And in the Hotel and Tourism Business Administration major, students will be trained in hotel service management, event organization and tourism marketing strategies. The program emphasizes customer care skills, service quality optimization and tourism business operations.

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Truc Le, Chairman of the Council of the University of Economics - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, said that these new majors will begin enrolling students from 2025. "The entrance scores of the majors of the Institute of Business Administration have ranked in the top 2 of the school in recent years. In 2024 and 2025, we have given instructions and orientations to each major to help students graduate and be able to integrate and access fields that society is in great need of," said Mr. Le.
