The University of Transport announces the principle of equivalent conversion of admission scores between admission methods and the input quality assurance threshold (the minimum score for admission registration: is the minimum score of the total score according to the admission combination plus priority points, if any) in regular university admissions in 2025 as follows:
Accordingly, the principle of converting equivalent scores of the University of Transport is based on 3 data: the score conversion rule of Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the equivalence percentile table between the thinking assessment test score (TSA) and the high school graduation exam score combination A00, D01; the equivalence percentile between the ability assessment test score (HSA) and the high school graduation exam score combination A00, B00, C00, D01 of Hanoi National University; comparing the score distribution of some high school exam score combinations with the transcript scores announced by the Ministry of Education and Training .
The conversion table of equivalent admission scores of the University of Transport is as follows:

However, in this latest announcement, the school did not announce the equivalent conversion between admission combinations.
Regarding the threshold to ensure input quality, the school accepts applications from 16 to 20 points with the admission method based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, on a scale of 30.
The total admission score is calculated as follows:
Total admission score = (Main subject x 2 + 2 remaining subjects ) x3/4 + priority points (if any).
Similarly, the admission method based on TSA results is on a 100-point scale; the admission method based on HSA results is on a 150-point scale; the admission method based on APT results is on a 1200-point scale.

For the Computer Engineering major - the talented engineer class specializing in semiconductor microchips, the school uses the entrance threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, which is to consider the top 25% of candidates with the highest scores in the admission subject group nationwide and be in the group of 20% of candidates with the highest scores in Math nationwide.
Admission scores are expected to be announced on August 22.
