Trucks filled with love from philanthropists, students, parents, and teachers of Nguyen Thi Dinh Primary School rolled to the Central region.
A teacher from Nguyen Thi Dinh Primary School joined this journey. The charity trips had the participation of benefactors and parents to bring goods to students and people in difficult areas.
"This is not only a journey to transport relief goods, but also a journey to carry love and sincere sharing from teachers, students, parents and many philanthropists," said Mr. Ha Thanh Hai, Principal of Nguyen Thi Dinh Primary School, Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tien, Head of the Young Pioneers Team of Cung Son 1 Primary School, Son Hoa Commune, said she was extremely grateful for the students and benefactors of Nguyen Thi Dinh Primary School's joint efforts to share the difficulties of books, notebooks, bags, etc. These gifts arrived in time for the students to return to school after the flood. According to Ms. Tien, the flood swept away the property and belongings of most of the students' families. Currently, the students here still lack uniforms and hope to continue to receive support from benefactors.
In response to this statement, Mr. Ha Thanh Hai said that the school will call on philanthropists to join hands to make uniforms for the students. So far, a parent has donated 20 million VND to help students of Cung Son 1 school make uniforms.
