Vice Principal Le Truong Son (middle) was assigned to take charge of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law until a new principal is appointed.

Dr. Le Truong Son has been Vice Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law since April 2013. From May 1, 2023, he will take charge of the school, replacing Associate Professor Dr. Tran Hoang Hai, who has been acting rector since March 2018 and is now past his management age.

Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Van Nhiem, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law for the 2020-2025 term, said that the school's staff planning work has just been approved by the Ministry of Education and Training. In the coming time, the school will continue to do personnel work to introduce a new principal.

From May 1, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law will have two vice principals, Dr. Le Truong Son and Associate Professor Dr. Bui Xuan Hai.
