(DN)- On May 20, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha had a working session with the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team to inspect compliance with legal regulations in the fields of construction, fire prevention and fighting, tax, land and environmental protection for production and business establishments and factories renting facilities in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Bien Hoa city (Interdisciplinary Inspection Team).

At the meeting, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Head of the interdisciplinary inspection team Tran Trong Toan said that on May 15, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1581/QD-UBND to establish an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect compliance with legal regulations in the fields of construction, fire prevention and fighting, tax, land and environmental protection for production and business establishments and establishments renting factories in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.

To shorten the inspection time, the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team will also be divided into groups to organize inspections in different fields according to the decision of the Provincial People's Committee.

According to Decision No. 1581 of the Provincial People's Committee, the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team will inspect compliance with legal regulations in the fields of construction, fire prevention and fighting, tax, land and environmental protection for production and business establishments and factories renting in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park from December 31, 2023 to May 15, 2025. The inspection period is 45 working days from the date of announcement of the inspection decision.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha requested the interdisciplinary inspection team to strictly comply with regulations in the inspection work, in the fastest time. The interdisciplinary team will conduct inspections in many areas, including compliance with legal regulations on environmental protection. According to Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha, the province's viewpoint is not to trade the environment for development.
