Conference to collect comments on draft resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution

Trade union officials seriously contribute comments to the Draft Amendment and Supplement to the 2013 Constitution

During the conference, union officials gave their opinions, including many issues directly related to union activities, the role of workers, and issues of government building.

Previously, the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) directed, thoroughly grasped, and guided all levels of unions on organizing the collection of opinions on the draft Resolution; directed and guided the dissemination, propaganda, and organization of widespread collection of opinions to cadres, union members, civil servants, and workers on inappropriate contents, and proposed contents that needed to be revised. The opinions of union cadres, union members, and workers were contributed in many different ways.

Specifically, there were 30,450 comments in total, including 17 comments from grassroots trade unions, grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor and 30,433 comments from union members and workers. Of these, there were 17 direct comments in writing; 1 conference was organized to collect comments and instructions for collecting comments at the Provincial Federation of Labor; 12 conferences at the district level; 5 conferences for grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor. Union members at the grassroots level mainly contributed comments and sent them via zalo groups.

Most of the union members are civil servants and public employees, some of whom have contributed their opinions directly on the VNeID application, the National Assembly Electronic Information Portal, and the Government Electronic Information Portal.

The total number of opinions in favor was 30,450, which were summarized by the Provincial Federation of Labor and sent to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, contributing opinions to the process of amending the Constitution.
