Coming from a Central Vietnamese girl who followed her mother to the market to sell rice, then worked at a milk tea shop every day, Phuong Nhi soon revealed her ability to perceive subtle flavors. From that passion, she founded a company specializing in mixing drinks, and at the same time created a digital content ecosystem that has influence in the F&B field in Vietnam.

Nhi Vinbar's impressive interactive Facebook fanpage

Currently, Phuong Nhi's YouTube channel has nearly 500,000 subscribers, more than 3,900 videos and a total of 128 million views. On TikTok, the @nhivinbar account attracts more than 1.1 million followers with 5.5 million likes, while her personal Facebook and fanpage have more than 380,000 followers.

These impressive numbers not only show personal influence, but also reflect the transformation in the way professional knowledge is spread in Vietnam. The digital ecosystem that Nhi Vinbar has built has become an "online bartending library", where hundreds of thousands of people can refer to it in a systematic, accessible and always up-to-date way.

Many coffee shop and milk tea shop owners in the provinces, students or unemployed people have found business opportunities and created stable income thanks to free lessons from this ecosystem.
