The bank booth attracted many businesses to exchange, connect and seek financial cooperation opportunities.
From trade wave to capital lessons for businesses
The Autumn Fair is not just a simple trading event, but has become a successful test for the comprehensive connection model in the Vietnamese economy . This is where capital flows, goods flows and knowledge flows converge, creating values that surpass traditional support models.
According to economic experts, in terms of economics, the fair has affirmed its role as a "wholesale market" for national trade promotion, not only helping goods and typical products of all regions shine, but more importantly, activating hundreds of strategic cooperation contracts.
These are contracts to supply input materials, semi-finished goods, and expand distribution channels for both domestic and export markets - directly removing "bottlenecks" in the supply chain and output for businesses.

According to the Trade Promotion Agency ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ), the 2025 Autumn Fair has more than 1,200 participating enterprises, of which nearly 40% are small and medium enterprises. Over 350 memorandums of understanding and trade contracts were signed, with a total estimated value of over VND 2,000 billion; 60% of contracts are related to the supply of domestic raw materials and semi-finished products, helping to significantly reduce import costs; 100% of booths use electronic invoices and cashless payments, demonstrating a strong shift in the digital transformation of domestic trade.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the fair, a representative of a construction materials company commented that if the fair only introduces products without transactions, it is just an exhibition. The Autumn Fair is successful because it creates real transactions and connects real supply chains. Our company has found many alternative raw material suppliers, helping to reduce production costs by nearly 10% - a very significant number in the current inflationary context, when businesses are having to "tighten their belts" and save on input costs as much as possible.
The practical effectiveness and the ability to optimize production costs thanks to these trade connections have opened up a new way of thinking about supporting businesses. If finding sources of goods and reducing input costs is equivalent to "increasing equity" and "reducing borrowing pressure", then the success of the Autumn Fair also suggests lessons to change and innovate support programs for Vietnamese businesses.

Businesses want access not only to financial resources, but also to an ecosystem that supports operations.
According to Mr. Tran Manh Hung, an economic and market expert, the fair model has proven to be more practical than traditional support conferences. He emphasized: "It is necessary to apply this lesson to make dialogue, trade, and business support programs, such as connecting banks and businesses, more versatile, not only focusing on passively solving capital difficulties but also connecting comprehensive business solutions, in line with the two-level local government management model that emphasizes initiative and flexibility. In other words, capital connection must be linked to connecting practical business solutions - where businesses have access not only to financial resources, but also to an ecosystem that supports operations."
From emergency aid to growth solutions
Many economic experts believe that the widespread effect of the Autumn Fair is a "practical guide" for the banking industry and management agencies to reform the credit connection program for businesses in a more multifunctional and flexible direction - both supporting survival and creating a foundation for sustainable growth.
"The biggest lesson from the Autumn Fair is the versatility of the touchpoint. The credit connection program needs to go beyond the framework of a "difficulty-solving conference", becoming a forum for exchange, introducing technological solutions, connecting the banking service ecosystem - from cashless payments, cash flow management to digital transformation", Mr. Hung analyzed further.

Many businesses come to bank booths to get advice, support for capital solutions and digital transformation.
Sharing more about this story, with information collected through exchanges and sharing with businesses at the Autumn Fair, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy, Director of Card Affiliate Network Promotion,VIB Bank said that businesses today not only lack capital, but also lack digital solutions to optimize operations. The support program must be a place where banks introduce payment tools, collection - payment services and financial management technology. That is the real added value of sustainable credit.
According to Ms. Thuy, a capital conference for export enterprises, for example, should be integrated with the topic of international payments 4.0, making the program more lively and practical. This shift will promote innovative thematic conference formats, instead of just general policy dialogues.
The Autumn Fair shows that the current trade promotion model does not stop at promoting products, but has developed into a multi-layered economic connection platform , combining trade, investment and credit. This is the direction that needs to be replicated - where businesses not only find customers, but also find financial and technological solutions for sustainable development.
To do that, economic experts emphasize that the organizational method needs to be radically innovated, in which the current factor is to empower the implementing parties proactively. The role of the State Bank and local management agencies should focus on macro orientation, policy dissemination and creating a favorable legal framework, while local authorities help the program closely follow the characteristics of each group of small businesses.
Credit institutions (CIs) also need to be encouraged and empowered to proactively organize exchanges, sign contracts, introduce products, and even organize specialized "mini-fairs" between businesses in their ecosystems.
This approach will help the program to connect and support businesses no longer be an administrative activity, but become a "real business playground", reflecting the spirit of a creative government, proactive banks, and businesses accompanying and developing with the economy./.
