Launched in 2019, the Saigon Times CSR program has become a prestigious forum to honor businesses that have made practical contributions to society, contributing to promoting sustainable development and spreading a sense of responsibility in the business community. In particular, Ca Mau Fertilizer is highly appreciated for its methodically implemented ESG strategy, closely linked to the Net Zero 2050 target that Vietnam committed to.
For nearly 15 years, PVCFC has continuously invested and acted for a sustainable agriculture . From the initiative to reuse CO₂ in CO₂ food production - a pioneering step in the circular economic model, to the development of Urea Bio, microbial, organic mineral product lines, the enterprise is day by day concretizing its commitment to sustainable development with clear results: reducing emissions, saving energy, regenerating ecology and spreading green production thinking to every farmer.
In agricultural areas, the “companion” PVCFC is not only present through each product bag, but also through the programs “Golden season, big win”, “Golden tips”, “Choose Ca Mau Fertilizer – Choose a long-term partner”, or the digital platform 2Nong with more than 200,000 downloads – where farmers receive technical advice, weather forecasts and connection to modern agricultural knowledge. Each innovation comes from the desire to help farmers cultivate more effectively, more safely and more sustainably.

Along with economic development is the journey of serving society without interruption. More than 700 billion VND has been allocated by PVCFC for community welfare activities, from building schools, rural traffic bridges, building solidarity houses to the "Golden Seeds of Pearls" scholarship. Each project, each scholarship is a "seed of love" sown, nurturing the trust of hundreds of thousands of people across the country.
Not only oriented to the community, the company also focuses on taking care of developing human resources, considering people as the most valuable asset. Every year, PVCFC ensures 94.3 billion VND in social insurance, 25 hours of training per person on average, along with a safe, creative and humane working environment - where every employee is encouraged to grow together in responsibility.
