Implementing Directive No. 28/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister and Directive No. 01-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on organizing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province has issued a document directing the implementation of election work in the whole province, ensuring democracy, equality, legality, safety, economy and truly a festival for all people.

The People's Committee of Tay Ninh province requests agencies, units and localities to thoroughly grasp and develop plans to implement the directives of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee; urgently prepare necessary conditions for the election, increase citizen reception, promptly resolve complaints and denunciations related to the election, ensure progress and compliance with legal regulations.

The Department of Home Affairs is assigned as the standing agency, responsible for advising the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments, branches and localities to organize the implementation of election work, provide professional guidance, inspect, urge and synthesize progress reports to the Provincial Election Committee. The Provincial People's Committee Office coordinates to monitor and synthesize the results of each stage and send them to the Central agencies according to regulations.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presides over propaganda work, coordinates with press and media agencies to disseminate the meaning and importance of the election, and raises voters' awareness and responsibility. The Department of Science and Technology deploys information technology applications and digital transformation to serve the election, ensuring smooth communication and network security.

The police and military forces are required to develop plans to ensure political security, social order and safety, and be ready to respond to natural disasters and catastrophes during the election process. The Department of Health is in charge of disease prevention and control plans; the Department of Agriculture and Environment is proactive in planning natural disaster response, ensuring safety for the election.

The People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for organizing and preparing material and technical conditions, ensuring security and order at polling stations, and developing appropriate scenarios in case of emergency so that the election takes place continuously, safely, and in accordance with the law.

The People's Committee of Tay Ninh province requested heads of agencies, units and localities to seriously implement assigned tasks, promptly report difficulties and problems for guidance, and ensure the success of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Tay Ninh province.
