These historic April days this year, towards the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) are truly special. Because this year marks the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification, the country's return to one strip, because of the outstanding achievements, associated with 40 years of innovation and economic development. We are proud of the country's historical traditions, proud of the country's development and that pride is multiplied when all people look forward to the historic April 30 anniversary, with an exciting atmosphere and surging emotions.
These days, Ho Chi Minh City is filled with flags and flowers, with the atmosphere of preparing for the parade and with that is the enthusiastic response of each citizen of the city with a variety of expressions: from hanging and carrying the national flag; wearing the flag's color, to expressing, applying it flexibly and creatively in daily life and business activities, in decorating shops, stores and business headquarters. Many videos and clips about images of the city, images of events held on the anniversary... with very good and meaningful traditional songs created by young people, stirring up feelings of patriotism, love for the country and national pride.

In that atmosphere, the Ho Chi Minh City Banking sector also organized many specific events and actions to celebrate such as: photo exhibition on banking activities over the past 50 years; actively participating in the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses of the City... From the perspective of banking management and operations, these events and the atmosphere of the big festival will become the motivation for each officer and employee of the Banking sector to continue to perform well the assigned tasks and above all, to carry out the strategic tasks of the sector, meeting the requirements of national development, city development in the new period, with the aspiration for development.
Proud of the country, of the modern civilized city with humanity and the contribution of the banking industry in 40 years of renovation, with outstanding marks on the development of the banking system, the scale of the operating network; the number and types of credit institutions; the ability to compete and integrate into the international economy; the outstanding development of modern banking services... Those results will continue to be the foundation for the banking industry to develop, meeting the requirements of the country's economic development, the city's economy in the next period, after 50 years of national reunification.

The festive atmosphere and the emotional, very unique expression of each citizen's patriotism and love for the country will become the motivation for each officer and employee of the banking sector in general and the city in particular to fulfill their tasks well, innovate for development. It is the dynamism and creativity in applying modern technology to develop banking services of credit institutions with important contributions from the working process, research and dedication of the team of bank officers and employees that have been creating differences in banking products and services serving people, businesses and the economy. That result is pride, the basis and motivation for innovation to develop, realize the aspiration to contribute to the construction and development of an international financial center in Ho Chi Minh City in the coming time, in the new development stage of the country.
