The special feature of the exhibition is that all the ideas, organization and photos were directly carried out by first-year students of class NATT-4 (24CĐTT2) - young people who are approaching the subject of Media Photography for the first time.
This is a new subject included in the Multimedia Communication training program of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, starting from the 2024-2025 school year.

The exhibition honors heroic historical moments through photographic works by students. It is not only an academic playground but also an opportunity for exchange, professional learning, nurturing love for the profession and national pride.
Each photo displayed at the exhibition is a story connecting the past and present, expressed through a fresh, emotional perspective of the young generation towards the city named after Uncle Ho.

At the opening ceremony, the exhibition was honored to welcome Ms. Vu Minh Nghia - a female Saigon Special Forces soldier, a historical witness in the 1968 Tet Offensive and the 1975 Ho Chi Minh Campaign. Her sincere and emotional sharing contributed to lighting up the spirit of patriotism, fostering life ideals and arousing historical responsibility in each student.

Directly accompanying the students during the photography and exhibition process, Mr. Pham Duc Minh (lecturer in charge of Media Photography, College of Radio and Television II) shared: "Although they are just getting acquainted with the subject, the students are very creative, knowing how to turn each lesson into a real experience, each idea into a realistic and emotional work of art."
