At around 8:00 a.m. the same day, while riding a motorbike on Highway 14E near Viet An market, Binh Lam commune, Hiep Duc district, Ms. Phan Thi Hang (born in 1985, residing in Viet An village, Binh Lam commune) discovered a white handbag dropped on the side of the road.

When she picked it up and opened it, she discovered that inside the handbag there was more than 40 million VND and a gold ring along with some important personal documents such as an ID card with the name Nguyen Thi Linh, so Ms. Hang quickly brought the property to Binh Lam Commune Police to report and hand it over, asking them to find the person who lost it and return it.
With a high sense of responsibility, about 20 minutes after receiving information from Ms. Hang, Binh Lam Commune Police identified and invited the owner of the handbag, Ms. Linh, to the headquarters to receive all of her property.
Ms. Linh shared that she went to work in Da Nang and returned to her hometown in Que An commune, Que Son district on June 1. On the morning of June 2, she went to Viet An market to shop. Unfortunately, on the way, her handbag with many valuables inside fell out without her knowing. In her emotions, Ms. Linh expressed her deep gratitude to Ms. Hang and the Binh Lam Commune Police for promptly assisting in finding and returning the lost property to her.
