
Accordingly, members and youths at the Youth Union bases visited, gave gifts, provided health check-ups, and took care of the martyrs' altars at the mothers' homes. Heartfelt meals were cooked and offered to the martyrs and they shared intimate meals with the mothers, expressing warm feelings, contributing to easing the pain of war, and adding joy to the mothers in their daily lives.
The activity not only spreads the moral of “When drinking water, remember its source” but also contributes to educating today’s young generation about the tradition of patriotism and gratitude towards the generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation. From there, fostering the responsibility of union members and young people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
On this occasion, the city's youth simultaneously held incense offering and candle lighting ceremonies at 157 martyr cemeteries.

On this occasion, representatives of the Standing Committee of the City Youth Union visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, including: Mother Tran Thi Lieu (Giang Dong village, Hoa Xuan ward); Mother Nguyen Thi Bon and Mother Mai Thi Hue (Dien Ban Bac ward); Mother Tran Thi Van and Mother Le Thi Vui (Xuan Phu commune).
At each place visited, the leaders of the City Youth Union kindly asked about the health of the mothers, expressed deep gratitude, and wished them a happy and healthy life, to be a valuable spiritual support for the younger generation to follow.
