Phuoc My Ward People's Committee won first prize in the Fire Fighting and Rescue Competition in Son Tra District

Firefighting and rescue competition "Fire prevention and fighting inter-family group" in 2024 with the participation of 7 wards in Son Tra district

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, Vice Chairman of Son Tra District People's Committee Hoang Cong Thanh said that the 2024 Fire Fighting and Rescue Competition "Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Inter-family Team" had the participation of 7 wards: Tho Quang, Man Thai, An Hai Bac, Phuoc My, An Hai Dong, Nai Hien Dong, An Hai Tay in the district.

Through the competition, members of households belonging to the "Fire Prevention and Control Inter-family Group" of 7 wards in the district demonstrated their abilities in the competition.

The contest is also an opportunity for units to exchange, learn, share experiences and knowledge about fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue. Thereby, contributing to creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the movement of Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting and Rescue in the area, proactively ready to respond to potential and unpredictable risks of fire and explosion in residential areas in the current situation.

At the end of the competition, Phuoc My Ward People's Committee won the first prize for the whole group, An Hai Bac Ward People's Committee won the second prize for the whole group and the third prize went to Nai Hien Dong Ward People's Committee. In which, in the theoretical competition: the first prize went to Nai Hien Dong Ward People's Committee, the second prize went to Tho Quang Ward People's Committee, the third prize went to Man Thai Ward People's Committee; in the practical competition: the first prize went to Phuoc My Ward People's Committee, the second prize went to An Hai Bac Ward People's Committee, the third prize went to An Hai Dong Ward People's Committee.
