According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, up to now, the Department has instructed the People's Committees of Thuan Nam, Ninh Son, Bac Ai, Thuan Bac, Ninh Hai districts to coordinate with land use planning consultants to organize consultation, advice, and propose the processing of land use planning dossiers until 2030; at the same time, coordinate with relevant units to review works and projects that need to be implemented in the area in the period of 2021-2030 to update and supplement the local land use planning. Regarding the adjustment of land use demand registration in 2023, component project 2 of the Road from Ma Noi commune - Ninh Son district to Ta Nang intersection (Duc Trong, Lam Dong) has a total area of 47.2 hectares. Including 34.6 hectares of protective forest land, 2.7 hectares of production forest land and nearly 10 hectares of other land that must be converted to traffic land to implement the project.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested the People's Committees of districts to update and supplement the land use planning dossier until 2030 in accordance with legal regulations and in accordance with the province's land use planning. In particular, it is important to review additional projects that must have high feasibility in terms of land use capacity before being included in the adjusted planning. Sectors with plans to supplement land use planning must also coordinate with localities to update and supplement the adjusted planning in accordance with regulations. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment synthesizes the adjusted district-level land use planning until 2030 to collect opinions according to regulations, before submitting to the Provincial People's Committee for approval and implementation. Regarding the adjustment of land use demand registration in 2023 for component project 2 of the Road from Ma Noi commune to Ta Nang intersection, it is requested that the Provincial People's Committee Office urgently complete the dossier to adjust the land use demand of the project, submit it to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for comments to submit to the Government for approval of the conversion of land use purpose in project implementation.
