Provincial People's Committee approves the 2025 land use plan for Khanh Vinh district

According to the 2025 Land Use Plan of Khanh Vinh district, the total natural area of ​​the district is more than 116,642 hectares. Compared to 2024, the agricultural land area decreased by more than 371 hectares, to more than 111,814 hectares; non-agricultural land increased by more than 372 hectares, to more than 4,630 hectares; unused land decreased slightly by 1.62 hectares, to nearly 197.6 hectares.

In 2025, the district will put into use more than 3 hectares of unused land, belonging to the non-agricultural land group. At the same time, the plan also determines to reclaim more than 490 hectares of agricultural land and more than 18 hectares of non-agricultural land; convert 77.8 hectares of agricultural land to non-agricultural land; change the internal use structure of more than 236 hectares of agricultural land and more than 6.3 hectares of non-agricultural land. In addition, 18.75 hectares of land will be converted to carry out large-scale concentrated livestock farming projects.
