This year is the first year that the Vietnam Center for Supporting the Development of Maternal and Newborn Care (So sinh Viet Nam), formerly known as Newborn Vietnam, has participated in the UpRace project. UpRace's support is expected to provide professional resuscitation knowledge to 120 Vietnamese lecturers and medical staff, helping to bring life opportunities to 800,000 newborns. Mr. Nguyen Hoanh Tien - Chairman of the Vietnam Center for Supporting the Development of Maternal and Newborn Care said: " Following and inspired by the cooperation of Newborns Vietnam at UpRace in 2020 and 2021, So sinh Viet Nam is extremely excited to accompany UpRace 2024 . With the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund - this is the second consecutive year accompanying UpRace after a very successful first year. This year's fund will continue to be used to realize the dream of going to school of 8,000 ethnic minority and island students in the 2024 - 2025 school year, making achievements to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and 10 years of operation of the "For Hoang Sa - Truong Sa Beloved" Club. Meanwhile, ASVHO hopes that the contribution of UpRace 2024 will create conditions for the Association to be able to donate 500 wheelchairs, as well as combine capital and livelihood support with a support level of 15 million VND/month for 80 people with disabilities, helping them create generate sustainable income and stabilize life. “ UpRace has really entered the community very strongly. In addition, UpRace 2024 also has the participation of many famous running clubs from all over the country such as: Garmin Run Club Vietnam, Adidas Runners Saigon, Adidas Runners Hanoi, DaNang Runners - ANTA (DNR-ANTA)... To increase the spread of the Project, the "offline" running event UpRace Day 2024 will be held in Ho Chi Minh City on October 13 with the largest scale ever. It is expected that 4,000 people will participate in 3 distances: 5km, 10km and 21km. At the same time, within the framework of UpRace 2024, partners who are universities will also implement many attractive accompanying activities, notably the UpRace Day x Music Fes event of Ton Duc Thang University. In addition, this year's UpRace application will have many improvements in stability, helping to bring smooth experiences to participants. AI integration will continue to be used to detect unusual activities, set milestones for recording achievements with specialized equipment... to increase accuracy when evaluating the race, contributing to promoting the spirit of fair and civilized sports . Over the past 6 years, UpRace has continuously developed and improved, becoming a perfect engagement solution for businesses. and workers. UpRace also helped the Vietnam Center for Biodiversity Conservation (GreenViet) to soon realize the project of planting 50 hectares of large timber forest in Hoa Bac commune (Da Nang city), where the Ko Tu community lives. After 6 years of organization, UpRace has attracted more than 632 thousand participants, contributing more than 31.8 billion VND to the social organization
