VNG currently owns the largest individual user base in Vietnam, along with a diverse product ecosystem serving tens of millions of users, businesses, and organizations both domestically and internationally. Many products developed by VNG's own engineering team have become important digital infrastructure platforms, contributing to the promotion of the digital economy of the city and Vietnam. Notable examples include:

+ Zalo: With over 78 million users and 2 billion messages sent daily, Zalo currently plays a positive, fast, and effective role as a bridge for information between the government, businesses, and the people.

+ ZaloPay - Vietnam's second-largest payment platform with over 16 million users.

+ Games: VNG is currently the largest game developer and publisher in Vietnam and No. 2 in Southeast Asia, with 60 million monthly users - 40% of whom come from overseas markets.

Notably, VNG is pioneering comprehensive investment in AI, aiming to master core AI technology and build a "sovereign" AI ecosystem for Vietnam. GreenNode has already deployed Vietnam's first AI Cloud data center, serving the global market.

+ The Vietnamese Large Language Model (LLM), built from scratch by the Zalo AI engineering team, has a capability 1.5 times greater than OpenAI's GPT 3.5, making Vietnam one of the first Southeast Asian countries to possess its own LLM.

Besides continuously innovating in technology, VNG always promotes social responsibility and community initiatives. In 2024, the Group ranked 29th among the top 100 private enterprises contributing the most to the state budget nationwide. The Group's total tax contribution for the period 2022-2024 reached over 3,200 billion VND.

As an essential digital infrastructure, Zalo has supported ministries, departments, and localities in sending over 265 million disaster prevention messages; providing legal advice and administrative regulations to citizens using AI through its Digital Citizen Assistant tool...

Since 2020, the Group's total charitable donations have reached 92 billion VND; notably with UpRace, the most influential community running initiative in Vietnam. On October 9th, VNGGames also donated 7 billion VND to people in the North affected by Typhoon No. 11 through the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

VNG is currently collaborating with 33 universities both domestically and internationally, pioneering the promotion of a partnership model between the State, universities, and businesses. Most recently, the Group signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, committing to sponsor 25 billion VND over 3 years for research and development, AI activities, and the joint training of 1000 high-quality students.
