According to the representative of VNPT Khanh Hoa Business Center, to encourage customers to use the service, VNPT Money regularly deploys many practical incentives, bringing benefits to customers when using familiar services in daily life. Specifically, the program "Give 20,000 VND to pay VNPT bills" is deployed from May 17 to June 30, for customers with VNPT Money accounts (VNPT Pay wallet, linked to bank or Mobile Money), and at the same time receive a text message notifying them of promotions from VNPT Money. Customers in this category will be given a voucher of 50% of the payment value (maximum 20,000 VND/transaction) to support deduction when paying VNPT service bills, in the following categories: Postpaid mobile, Landline, Telecommunication bill, VNPT Internet, Order payment, Prepaid bill payment using VNPT Pay wallet or Mobile Money on VNPT Money application.

With the ELSA course purchase promotion program via VNPT Money, implemented from May 1 to 31. Participating in the program, customers who purchase and pay for the 6-month ELSA PRO English course, using all sources of money on the VNPT Money application, will enjoy a preferential price of 22% off the original price, only 545,000 VND (original price 645,000 VND).

The program "Open VNPT Money - Give 3 promotional vouchers" is implemented from April 1 to May 31, for customers who register a new VNPT Money account (VNPT Pay Wallet account, linked to a bank or Mobile Money account with information identified according to regulations). After customers register a new VNPT Money account, they will receive 3 vouchers at the same time as follows: Voucher No. 1 is a voucher of 10% of the payment value (maximum 10,000 VND) used to pay for services using VNPT Pay Wallet or Mobile Money; voucher validity period is 7 days. Voucher No. 2 is a voucher of 20% of the payment value of the transaction (maximum 15,000 VND) used to pay for any service using VNPT Pay Wallet or Mobile Money, voucher validity period is 7 days. Voucher number 3 is a voucher of 30% of the transaction value (maximum 20,000 VND) used to pay for any service using VNPT Pay Wallet or Mobile Money, voucher validity is 7 days.

With the "Summer 2023" program, implemented from May 11 to 31, customers who buy Bamboo airline tickets (flight period from June 1 to October 28) on the VNPT Money application will receive a 10% discount for bookings of 2 or more passengers, applicable to Economy Saver and Economy Savermax ticket classes; applicable to domestic flights (except Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City and Con Dao); 5% discount for Hanoi ↔ Phu Quoc routes for groups of 2 or more passengers, applicable to Economy Smart class.
