At the Conference, delegates listened to comrade Vu Dai Thang present a speech: "Main content of implementing Resolution 57 and implementing digital transformation at the commune level", VNPT representative presented a speech on AI - human intelligence assistant, not the boss - Opportunities and concerns of the digital age". At the same time, they focused on exchanging and discussing the role of digital transformation in promoting socio-economic development, contributing to building Kim Thanh commune into a "smart, modern and environmentally friendly" commune.

In parallel with the discussion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Kim Thanh commune summarized the Contest "Learning about digital transformation on the Internet in 2025" - deployed from October 8 to October 25, 2025. The contest took place online, including 30 multiple-choice questions, attracting 1,568 participants, of which 1,440 people answered correctly 50% or more of the questions and 35 people achieved a perfect score of 30/30.
The Organizing Committee awarded 01 excellent prize, 03 first prizes, 03 second prizes and 05 third prizes to outstanding groups and individuals. The excellent prize went to Nguyen Thu Trang - a member of Dong Gia High School; the first prizes were awarded to Vu Duc Luong (Minh Tien Village Youth Union), Luu Thi Huong (Tam Ky Kindergarten Youth Union), and many other outstanding individuals in the movement to learn about digital transformation at the grassroots level.
The contest "Learn about digital transformation on the Internet in 2025" attracted 1,568 participants, with 01 excellent prize, 03 first prizes, 03 second prizes and 05 third prizes awarded to outstanding groups and individuals.
On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Kim Thanh commune also organized a summary and award ceremony for the Contest to create short videos/clips to promote the movement "Digital Education for All" with the theme "Creative Youth - Together with the commune to advance to digital". Held from October 25 to November 5, 2025, the Organizing Committee received 38 videos/clips to participate in the contest, posted on social networking sites, vividly reflecting the creative efforts, learning spirit and digital aspirations of local union members and youth.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 01 Excellent prize, 02 First prizes, 02 Second prizes and 04 Third prizes. The Excellent prize was awarded to Quang Thi Thu Huyen - Standing Committee of Dong Gia High School Youth Union. Two First prizes belonged to Nguyen Bao Village Youth Union and Cao Ngo Youth Union. Second and Third prizes were awarded to groups and individuals with creative products rich in propaganda such as Tran Thi Sau (Dong Cam Primary School Youth Union), Nguyen Pham Quynh Chi (Lien Hoa Secondary School), Dai Duc Secondary School Youth Union, Commune Police Youth Union, and class 12B - Dong Gia High School.
The series of activities of Kim Thanh commune is a vivid demonstration of the effective coordination between the Fatherland Front, Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee in bringing digital transformation into people's lives. Through competitions and seminars, the awareness of cadres, union members, association members and people about digital transformation has been significantly improved; the spirit of "people know, people learn, people do, people benefit" in the digital transformation process is concretized by practical actions.
Kim Thanh Commune is gradually affirming its position as a bright spot of the grassroots digital transformation movement, associated with green and sustainable development - making an important contribution to realizing the goal of Hai Phong city in the period 2025-2030: "Comprehensive digital transformation - green, smart, humane development".
