Effectively operate the new organizational model

From July 1, socio-political organizations and mass organizations officially operated under the “Common Roof” under the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. After the arrangement, the units quickly stabilized the organization, assigned tasks, and put the new model into effective operation quickly.

Currently, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has 121 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, including 10 departments, offices and 1 affiliated public service unit, reducing 10 department-level focal points compared to before the arrangement. Ms. Hoang Thi Luong Tam, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, said: With the spirit of not interrupting work, the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee have directed the establishment of 13 affiliated Party cells, appointed Party committees, secretaries and deputy secretaries according to their authority; issued working regulations and assigned tasks to each cadre and Party member. At the same time, focus on implementing key tasks in 2025 and successfully organizing the 1st Provincial Party Congress of the Fatherland Front, term 2025-2030, along with the congresses of affiliated Party cells, ensuring progress and quality.

After the merger, the socio- political organizations and mass organizations under the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee quickly stabilized their organizations, assigned tasks in accordance with the capacity of their staff, and issued working regulations. At the same time, they continued to maintain and promote patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Central and the province, such as: "Joining hands to build new rural areas", "For the poor - leaving no one behind", "Emulation to implement office culture", "Digital transformation in Son La province", "Building a learning society, lifelong learning (2023-2030)", "Solidarity, creativity" and many movements suitable for local realities.

Mr. Bac Cam Khuyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, said: After merging with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Association continues to effectively maintain emulation movements and association activities; implement work related to the Farmers' Support Fund, professional associations, cooperatives, cooperative groups and good production and business models. Currently, the Association is coordinating with departments and branches to organize vocational training, technical training, production consulting for members, focusing on fruit tree cultivation techniques, safe biological husbandry and production according to VietGAP and organic standards.

After the reorganization of the apparatus, the coordination between the provincial and commune-level Vietnam Fatherland Front was implemented synchronously, ensuring smooth direction and implementation of tasks. In the past month, the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee issued 121 documents directing and guiding departments, offices, affiliated units and the commune and ward-level Fatherland Front, contributing to the stable and effective operation of the new organizational model. The structure of the commune and ward-level Fatherland Front after the reorganization includes: Chairman, Vice Chairman and Vice Chairmen concurrently leading socio-political organizations, such as the Women's Union, Youth Union, Veterans' Association, and Farmers' Association.

Mr. Tong Van Cuong, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chieng Mai commune, said: From July 1st to now, the commune has launched an emulation movement to welcome the 1st Congress of the Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030, with the target of each village having at least 1 specific project or task. Typical examples include Vut Bon village building a flower road; Puong Vay village cleaning up village roads and alleys; Ban village mobilizing people to move livestock out from under the floor. Associations and mass organizations coordinated with the Front Committee of the villages to clean up the environment, clear sewers, plant 300 trees, relocate 145 barns, build hygienic toilets, install solar energy lighting systems and plant more than 700 m of flower roads leading to the commune headquarters.

With high determination, proactive spirit and responsibility, the new apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province quickly stabilized, meeting the requirements of the task; promoting the central role of the great solidarity bloc, being a solid bridge between the Party, the State and the people.
