On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024), the 78th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security Staff Force (April 18, 1946 - April 18, 2024), for 3 days from April 5 - 7, 2024, the Ministry of Public Security Office Delegation led by Major General Hoang Anh Tuyen, Deputy Chief of Office, organized a trip to Dien Bien province.

Before the heroic martyrs, officers and soldiers of the Office of the Ministry of Public Security vow to be absolutely loyal to the Party and the Fatherland, continue to promote the glorious traditions of the nation, maintain political will, solidarity and unity, train and cultivate revolutionary ethics, improve professional qualifications, raise awareness and sense of responsibility of "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, setting an example, creativity", maintain close ties with the people, not afraid of difficulties and hardships, ready to fight, sacrifice, determined to strive to excellently complete all tasks, make worthy contributions to the cause of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, for the peaceful and happy life of the people.

Next, the delegation laid wreaths and offered incense at A1 Martyrs Cemetery to commemorate the great contributions of heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people.

The delegation also visited the Dien Bien Phu Campaign Headquarters relic (General's bunker) in Muong Phang commune, Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province; Dien Bien Phu Victory Museum, Victory Monument, Dien Bien Phu Fortress Complex Relic Site (De Castries bunker)... These are all "red addresses" to propagate and educate about the nation's heroic historical and revolutionary traditions.
