Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Ngoc Thanh, Deputy Head of the District Police, said that in recent times, the unit has focused on administrative reform in the direction of "3 reductions" (reducing unnecessary procedures, reducing the time to deliver results, and reducing the number of trips people have to make) with the motto "as long as citizens are still waiting, working hours are not over."
In addition, the Que Son District Police Department assigns officers who meet the standards in terms of political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, qualifications, capabilities, and work experience to effectively receive citizens. All administrative procedures within their scope and authority for receiving and resolving cases are publicly and fully posted.
At the same time, maintain mobile citizen identification card issuance services at the local level, especially organizing home-based citizen identification card issuance for the elderly and people with disabilities; guide people to register and use the VNEID application…

The working methods of officers and soldiers are becoming increasingly orderly; their awareness and spirit of serving the people are enhanced; and the time taken to resolve issues is shortened… contributing to creating favorable conditions for citizens, agencies, and businesses in handling administrative procedures.”
According to Ms. Dang Thi Thuy Vinh, Head of the Mass Mobilization Department of the Que Son District Party Committee, from 2009 to 2024, the entire district built 394 "Effective Mass Mobilization" models in the fields of economy , culture and society, national defense and security, and political system building.
Typical models include "Three Ready in Building New Rural Areas," "Thursday for Mass Mobilization," "Beautifying Gardens, Houses, and Gates," "5 Administrative Procedures Without Waiting," and "Military-Civilian Solidarity"...
In particular, by implementing effective mass mobilization models in the socio-cultural field, the district has mobilized many resources to care for the lives of the people.
Over the past 15 years, they have supported the construction of nearly 1,200 charitable houses, donated more than 17,000 livestock, provided hundreds of livelihood resources, and distributed tens of thousands of gifts and scholarships totaling over 100 billion VND to poor households, people in difficult circumstances, and orphaned children in the area.
“In the coming period, the Que Son District Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Department will focus on replicating effective models that are linked to the practical interests of the people. At the same time, it will develop new models that are suitable to the reality in order to contribute to socio-economic development and strengthen people’s trust in the Party’s leadership,” Ms. Vinh said.
