Implementing the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization", from 2020 up to now, Que Son District Police has built a model of "Skillful innovation in working style, improving the quality of administrative reform, and wholeheartedly serving the people".

Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Ngoc Thanh - Deputy Head of the District Police said that recently the unit has focused on administrative reform in the direction of "3 reductions" (reducing unnecessary procedures, reducing time to return results, reducing the number of trips of people) with the slogan "as long as citizens are waiting, working hours are not over".

In addition, Que Son District Police arranges officers with sufficient standards of political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, qualifications, capacity and work experience to effectively receive citizens. Publicly and fully post administrative procedures within the scope and authority of reception and settlement.

At the same time, maintain mobile citizen identification card issuance activities at the grassroots level, especially organizing citizen identification card issuance at home for the elderly and people with disabilities; instruct people to register and use the VNEID application...

Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Ngoc Thanh acknowledged: "After more than 4 years of implementation, the model of "Skillfully innovating working methods, improving the quality of administrative reform, and wholeheartedly serving the people" has brought positive results.

The working style of cadres and soldiers is increasingly becoming orderly; awareness and spirit of serving the people are enhanced; time to handle work is shortened... contributing to creating favorable conditions for people, agencies and businesses in handling administrative procedures.

According to Ms. Dang Thi Thuy Vinh - Head of the Que Son District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, in the period 2009 - 2024, the whole district built 394 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in the fields of economy , culture - society, national defense - security, and building the political system.

Typical models include “Three readiness in new rural construction”, “Civil mobilization Thursday”, “Organizing garden and gate to be clean and beautiful”, “5 administrative procedures without waiting”; “Unity of army and people”…

In particular, by implementing skillful mass mobilization models in the cultural and social fields, the district has mobilized many resources to care for people's lives.

Over the past 15 years, it has supported the construction of nearly 1,200 charity houses, donated more than 17,000 livestock, awarded hundreds of means of livelihood and tens of thousands of gifts and scholarships with a total value of more than 100 billion VND to poor households, people in difficult circumstances, and orphans in the area.

“In the coming time, the Que Son District Party Committee will focus on replicating effective models associated with the practical benefits of the people. At the same time, it will build new models suitable to reality to contribute to socio-economic development and strengthen people's trust in the Party's leadership,” said Ms. Vinh.
