Accordingly, people can buy fireworks for the 2026 Lunar New Year at 500 Viettel retail stores, with each set of 25 fireworks costing from over 300,000 VND (depending on the type).
A representative from Viettel stated that the company's entry into the fireworks sales sector will open up a modern fireworks distribution model, making it easier for people nationwide to access high-quality products.

Currently, the Z121 factory – under the Ministry of National Defense – is the only unit authorized to produce and distribute non-explosive fireworks; however, distribution is small-scale and localized. The emergence of a large retail enterprise like Viettel is expected to promptly meet the growing demand of the people after Decree 137/2020 allows individuals to use non-explosive fireworks during holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and community events.
“Based on its economies of scale and operational capabilities, combined with an optimized supply chain from production to retail, Viettel will provide authentic fireworks at competitive prices and with transparent services.”
All fireworks products under this cooperation are manufactured by Chemical Company 21 under strict standards set by the Ministry of National Defense, ensuring stable quality, absolute safety during use, and full compliance with current laws and regulations. Consumers can purchase and use them without quantity restrictions.
"When purchasing Z121 fireworks, people need to meet two conditions: be 18 years old or older and present a citizen identification card to verify their age," a Viettel media representative said.
The fireworks products will be widely distributed at 500 Viettel sales points across all provinces and cities nationwide, and will also be available on e-commerce platforms, online sales channels, and through a network of collaborators.
“Viettel’s goal is to bring high-quality fireworks products closer to the people, especially during festivals, community events, and the Lunar New Year season. Viettel has standardized its consultation, usage guidance, and safety warning processes across its entire system, making it easy for customers to access information, understand legal regulations, and choose suitable products,” he added.
Starting December 1st, the range of "Made in Vietnam" fireworks will be expanded and regularly updated at Viettel stores.

Fireworks products from the Ministry of Defense are sold at nearly 500 Viettel stores nationwide.
Consumers can visit physical stores to experience the products, receive detailed advice, or shop online.
