Pig price in the North today, August 15, 2024
In the Northern region, the price of live pigs today, August 15, 2024, moved sideways across the board and traded in the range of 64,000 - 66,000 VND/kg.

On the other hand, traders in Vinh Phuc, Hanoi, Bac Giang , Hung Yen, Phu Tho, and Tuyen Quang are purchasing live pigs at 66,000 VND/kg, which is recorded as the highest price in the region.
The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 65,000 VND/kg.
Latest live pig prices in the Central Highlands region
In this area, the price of live pigs today is flat across the board and fluctuates between 61,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, traders in Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, and Lam Dong provinces are purchasing live pigs at 64,000 VND/kg, the highest price in the region.
On the other hand, traders in Quang Tri, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, and Dak Lak provinces are purchasing live pigs at 61,000 VND, the lowest price in the region.
The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 62,000 - 63,000 VND/kg.
Pig price in the South today August 15, 2024
In the Southern region, the price of live pigs today decreased slightly by 1,000 VND/kg in Dong Thap and fluctuated between 61,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.

Traders in Tay Ninh, Hau Giang, and Ca Mau are buying live pigs at 64,000 VND/kg, the highest price in the region.
On the other hand, after reducing the price, traders in Dong Thap are purchasing live pigs at the same price as in Vinh Long at 61,000 VND/kg, which is the lowest price in the region.
After increasing the price, traders in Vinh Long are buying live pigs at 62,000 VND, the same price as in Ben Tre and Bac Lieu.
The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 63,000 VND/kg.

In general, the price of live pigs today continues to move sideways in many places. Currently, the surveyed price in the provinces fluctuates between 61,000 - 66,000 VND/kg.
