The charter capital of the Central Farmers Support Fund for the period 2026-2030 is 2,000 billion VND.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc has just signed a decision approving the Project "improving the organization and operation of the Central Farmers Support Fund".

Central Farmers Support Fund to support Farmers' Association members

This is a non-budgetary state financial fund, directly under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union , operating not for profit, aiming to support members in building and replicating effective production and business models, contributing to improving farmers' income and life.

According to the project, the total charter capital of the Central Farmers Support Fund for the 2026-2030 period is 2,000 billion VND. Of which, the central budget has provided 690 billion VND, the additional capital for the next period is 1,310 billion VND, from the state budget's development investment expenditure source.

The Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union is also assigned the task of mobilizing and receiving legal capital sources outside the budget to develop the Fund in accordance with the law.

* Previously, on June 6, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed and issued a plan to summarize the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the 2021-2025 period, in order to comprehensively evaluate the implementation results and prepare orientations for the next phase.
