Van Quan: Abandoned newborn baby boy found

- According to information from the leader of Khanh Khe Commune People's Committee, Van Quan District, at around 22:20 on June 6, Khanh Khe Commune Police received information from people in Khau Rang Village, Khanh Khe Commune about the discovery of a newborn baby boy in a plastic bag with some baby items including clothes, diapers, and milk abandoned on the side of the road.

The boy is being cared for at Khanh Khe Commune Health Station.

After receiving the news, Khanh Khe Commune Police arrived at the scene to make a record of the incident and took the child to Khanh Khe Commune Health Station for care. Accordingly, the abandoned child was a baby boy, weighing 3 kg, about 2 days old, in normal health.

Currently, Khanh Khe Commune People's Committee has completed the procedures to temporarily hand over the baby to Khanh Khe Commune Medical Center for care.
