Cycling across Vietnam calls for green living and environmental protection

The group consists of 5 members who have participated in cycling trips across the country for many years. Among them, 2 female members are teachers from Hoa Binh Primary School (District 1) and Phan Dinh Phung Primary School (District 3).

Before departure, Tourist Dao Kim Trang, Head of the tourist group, shared: “The journey departs from Ho Chi Minh City, passing through the coastal route from Long Hai (Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) to Binh Thuan province, taking a boat to Phu Quy island, then returning to Hue, then following National Highway 1A to the northern provinces, Viet Bac, Northeast, Northwest, returning on the Ho Chi Minh route through the provinces of Truong Son and Tay Nguyen. The goal of the journey is for the members of the group to travel for 180 days, carrying the message to the youth and the whole society to "Live green, for a peaceful life", protect the living environment, train the spirit and health to contribute to society.

It is known that in 2024, Traveler Dao Kim Trang made a trip across Vietnam on a Thong Nhat bicycle, traveling alone on a 1,800-kilometer journey from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City. The purpose is to spread love for the homeland, the country and the good values of the country that has been peaceful, unified, and developed for the past 49 years, towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
