This route is about 7 km long, mainly serving the travel needs of people in villages and hamlets in Ea Kar commune. This is also the route for students of Ngo Quyen Primary School and Nguyen Dinh Chieu Secondary School to go to school. However, in the past 2 years, many sections of the road have seriously degraded with a series of "potholes" along both sides of the road; the surface of many sections is bumpy and rocky. In some sections, the road surface has sunk, creating a series of "buffalo holes" and "elephant holes" in the dry season and turning into "water ponds" in the rainy season.

| The road connecting villages and communes of Ea Kar has seriously degraded. |
Especially since the beginning of the rainy season, the roads have been seriously degraded, posing a high risk of traffic accidents. In the current rainy conditions, people's travel becomes more difficult.
Ms. H'Diep Mlo, a resident living along this road, said: "In recent years, this road has been degraded, causing many obstacles for people. The most miserable thing is for students going to school. I have witnessed some students falling down right in a puddle and having to go back home to change clothes. Also on this road, last year there was a traffic collision between a tractor and an electric bicycle, causing a 6th grade student to be seriously injured. We, the residents, really hope that this road will be upgraded, repaired, and renewed to make traveling more convenient."
According to local people, this road has seriously degraded due to many reasons such as: many overloaded cars and tractors carrying agricultural products from villages and hamlets to purchasing points along the road; the road quickly deteriorates, while maintenance and repair are not carried out regularly...
Given the above situation, it is recommended that the authorities should soon have a plan to allocate appropriate funds to promptly maintain and repair this road, meeting the travel needs of people and students, minimizing the risk of traffic accidents, especially during the rainy season. In addition, it is necessary to have measures to manage, monitor, and strictly prohibit overloaded vehicles from circulating to protect and preserve the road.
