On the afternoon of April 14, Mr. Tran Ba ​​Tien, Vice Principal of Vinh University, reported to the Ministry of Education and Training ; Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, People's Committee, Provincial Police, Nghe An Department of Education and Training; Vinh City Department of Education and Training about the incident of a fallen railing that caused 3 female students to be hospitalized.

According to the report, at around 9:30 a.m. on April 14, an incident occurred at the Primary, Secondary and High School of Pedagogical Practice, Vinh University.

A railing frame from the 4th floor of building A6, Primary, Secondary and High School for Pedagogical Practice, Vinh University fell into the school yard, hitting 3 female students standing below, causing injuries to three female students.

The three female students, NPGT, NNHT and VKQ, are all 9B students of the school. After the incident, the school promptly took the students to the hospital for emergency treatment.

Of the three injured students, Q. is being monitored for head injuries and is being treated at Nghe An General Hospital. The other two students have less serious injuries and are being treated at Vinh City General Hospital.

The school has informed and coordinated with the authorities to promptly clarify the incident.

The 4th floor railing broke and fell on 3 female students standing in the school yard.

Of the three injured female students, VKQ suffered a broken skull bone that penetrated the brain's blood vessels. Doctors at Nghe An General Hospital performed surgery on Q., and she is currently being monitored and treated.

The female student is also receiving intensive care at Vinh City General Hospital due to blood loss, severe shock, and an open wound on her head.
