Three suspects were detained in Moscow, the Urals city of Yekaterinburg and the Siberian city of Omsk for financing and recruiting gunmen to carry out the attack.

On April 4, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced that it had arrested three more suspects suspected of assisting in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall Theater in the suburbs of Moscow on the evening of March 22, which killed more than 140 people.
According to the FSB, three suspects were detained in Moscow, the city of Yekaterinburg in the Urals region and the city of Omsk in Siberia for providing financing and recruiting gunmen to carry out the attack. Two of the suspects are foreigners, the remaining suspect is a Russian citizen.
Two of them were detained for transferring money to buy guns and other means used in the terrorist attack. The third person was directly involved in recruiting gunmen and providing finances to carry out the terrorist attack, the FSB said in a statement.
Previously, Russian authorities arrested 11 suspects, of which 4 suspects directly carrying out the attack were charged with terrorism./.
