In the first 6 months of the year, political agencies at all levels proactively advised, guided, and implemented the construction of political education points that were close to the characteristics and tasks of the unit. Many new and creative forms, models, and approaches were effectively applied, such as: "One question a day, one law a week"; the "3 flexible" political education model, applying "Uncle Ho's teachings on this day in history", the initiative "Mind mapping of political lessons for new soldiers", or the construction of "permanent knowledge handbooks", "traditional handbooks"... to help cadres and soldiers grasp political and legal knowledge regularly, continuously and flexibly, suitable for all operating conditions of agencies and units. In particular, the active application of information technology and digital technology has contributed to improving the quality of political education.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Xuan Binh, Political Commissar of Naval Region 4, praised the efforts that agencies and units have made in politicaleducation . Lieutenant Colonel Bui Xuan Binh requested that in the coming time, the entire unit needs to diversify forms of political education, closely combining legal education, the glorious tradition of the Vietnam People's Navy, as well as the key tasks of the Region.
