At 11:00 a.m. on November 19, the police on duty at Hoa Thinh commune, Dak Lak province received an urgent call for help from the family of pregnant woman Trinh Thi Kim Lan (born in 2003, residing in My Phu village) about Lan showing signs of impending labor but unable to go to the medical station due to rising floodwaters, deep inundation of the house and very strong currents.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Hoa Thinh Commune Police force urgently dispatched 6 officers and soldiers using specialized inflatable boats, carrying life jackets, rescue ropes and necessary equipment to go to the rescue .



Despite the bad weather, continuous heavy rain and strong floodwaters, the officers and soldiers of the Commune Police quickly reached the isolated house and promptly assisted, taking the pregnant woman Lan onto the inflatable boat. On the way through the flood , the officers always closely monitored the health of the pregnant woman, reassured her and proactively handled any arising situations.
Thanks to the timely and dedicated rescue of the police force, the pregnant woman Lan has now been taken to the commune health station safely, ensuring the health of both mother and child.
