Dien Lac Commune announces zoning plan for the Transit Hub Urban Area

On September 24, the People's Committee of Dien Lac commune (project owner) held a conference to announce the zoning plan (scale 1/2000) of the Transit Hub Urban Area (sub-zones 4.1 and 4.2).

At the conference, the People's Committee of Dien Lac commune announced Decision No. 1139, dated September 10, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee approving the zoning plan (scale 1/2000) of the Transit Hub Urban Area (sub-zones 4.1 and 4.2); management regulations according to the urban planning project and urban design have been issued.

Accordingly, the planning area includes a part of the administrative boundaries of the communes: Suoi Hiep, Dien Lac, Dien Khanh with an area of ​​over 1,216 hectares. The main contents of the planning include: Planning of social infrastructure system; layout, organization of architectural space, landscape of the whole area; development orientation of underground space; technical infrastructure system; environmental protection, climate change adaptation...

In addition to organizing conferences to announce the planning, the People's Committees of Dien Lac, Dien Khanh and Suoi Hiep communes also posted planning information at the headquarters of the People's Committees of the communes; posted planning information on mass media and the electronic information page of the People's Committees of the communes; printed and published urban planning maps, regulations on approved urban planning management... to publicize and transparently ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the people and improve the effectiveness of state management, helping functional agencies to clearly understand information about approved planning.
