Duong Thuong Commune signed a cooperation agreement with Vietnam College of Coal and Minerals

On November 25, the Party Committee of Duong Thuong Commune and the Party Committee of Vietnam Coal and Minerals College signed a Coordination Regulation on vocational training and job creation for workers, period 2025 - 2030.

Leaders of Duong Thuong Commune Party Committee and Vietnam College of Coal and Minerals Party Committee signed the Coordination Regulations.

Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (VNMC) is a key vocational training institution of the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group. Over the years, the school has continuously innovated its programs and curricula, linking training with the practical needs of businesses. The school has effectively implemented training cooperation, supporting localities in career guidance and job creation, creating opportunities for many young workers to learn and start a career.

At the meeting, the leaders of Vietnam Coal and Mineral College wished to expand cooperation with Duong Thuong commune to seek and develop new labor markets. Thereby creating more opportunities for vocational training and sustainable employment for young people and supplementing quality human resources for economic sectors in need.

Based on the agreement, the two sides signed a Coordination Regulation on vocational training and employment for workers, period 2025 - 2030. During the period, propaganda and admission consulting activities will be promoted, ensuring the rights and welfare of learners and workers. At the same time, coordinate vocational training and career guidance; jointly organize experiential activities; support technology application and digital transformation. The school commits to giving priority to receiving and recruiting qualified students after training to work at units of the group and partner enterprises.

The signing of the coordination regulations opens up a new direction in vocational training and job creation for workers in the remote Duong Thuong commune. Thereby, effectively utilizing the resources of both sides, contributing to improving the quality of human resources, creating opportunities for learning, training and career transition for young people in ethnic minority areas, promoting local socio-economic development.
