In 2025, the Provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin at all levels has seriously grasped, deployed and implemented the policies, guidelines and directives of the Party, the State and the Central Association in arranging and merging the Association's organization, ensuring streamlining, effective and efficient operations. At the same time, actively mobilizing social resources, taking care of the material and spiritual life of victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin.

Through the attention and support of all levels, sectors, organizations and individuals, the Association has presented more than 9,000 gifts, with a total value of 4.7 billion VND; supported the construction of 2 new houses; and organized medical examination and treatment for victims of Agent Orange/dioxin.
Speaking at the meeting, Lieutenant General Nguyen Huu Chinh, member of the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, suggested that the provincial Associations of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin at all levels proactively advise Party committees and authorities at all levels on victim care. Continue to innovate the content and methods of operation associated with digital transformation, applying information technology in the management of the Association; strengthen the mobilization of resources from the whole society to better implement support programs and care for victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, contributing to ensuring social security in the locality.

At the meeting, the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin donated 150 million VND to support house repairs and gifts for victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in the province damaged by storms No. 10 and 11. The delegation also visited the successful economic model of Mr. Hoang Sang's family, a victim of Agent Orange/Dioxin in residential group 5, My Lam ward.
