HNP - On the morning of November 11, Gia Lam commune organized a campaign to support people in submitting documents and performing administrative procedures online in villages and residential groups.

Gia Lam commune leaders went to the village cultural house and residential group to encourage the community digital transformation team to support people in performing administrative procedures.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Gia Lam Commune People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Dung emphasized that the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Gia Lam Commune always identify administrative reform and digital transformation as a key and continuous task in the management and operation process.

To ensure practical effectiveness, the commune has organized specialized training sessions in the form of "hand-holding", directly instructing each member on how to use digital platforms, practice submitting administrative procedures online, registering for public service accounts, making cashless payments, as well as supporting and guiding people to perform online public services in villages and residential groups.

In addition, the commune also equips villages and residential groups with computers, printers, and scanners to support local people in submitting documents and performing administrative procedures.

The community digital transformation team guides people to practice submitting applications online and using the public service portal.

Accordingly, the community digital transformation team guides people on how to create accounts, log in, submit applications online, and look up administrative procedure settlement results; contributing to spreading the spirit of "every citizen is a digital citizen".

This activity will be held regularly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings every week, from 8:30 to 9:30 at the village cultural house and residential group to create habits, improve digital skills for people, and ensure that everyone can access and effectively use online public services.
